Worcester-based CrownGate Shopping Centre comprises some 60+ stores, split over two covered sites, each of which has its own individual proposition and target shopper profile. Owned by the Crown Estate, the centre has recently benefited from a multi-million pound refurbishment.

Severn has been providing extremely successful, fully-integrated marketing communications support to CrownGate since it won a six-way competitive pitch in 2004 and we’ve helped cement the centre’s reputation as one of the Midland’s premier shopping destinations.

Consistently and continually increasing footfall, dwell time and visit frequency, Severn’s activity has focused on public, media and community relations, with a strong emphasis on promotions and events to enhance shopper experience. Online – and social media in particular – increasingly plays a key role in both supporting tactical promotions and increasing shopper engagement with the brand as well as reducing reliance on expensive tradition media to increase both volume and frequency of activity.
